General
Individuals entering Casino Rama Resort must be:
(a) Must be Nineteen (19) years of age or older with valid government issued photo identification to gain entry to the gaming floor; those twenty-one (21) years of age or younger must also have a secondary piece of name identification. Twelve (12) years of age or older to enter the Entertainment Centre.
(b) Not exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication; and
(c) In compliance with site dress code.
The following individuals are not permitted access to Casino Rama Resort:
(a) Individuals participating in a self-exclusion process established by OLG, unless the individual is accessing the gaming site in the course of their employment;
(b) Individuals believed to be excluded from the site under subsection 3.6(1) of the Gaming Control Act, 1992 (i.e., AGCO Direction to Exclude);
(c) Individuals restricted from accessing the gaming site as a condition of a court order; and
(d) Individuals issued trespasses as determined by Casino Rama Resort, or the OLG, prohibiting their entrance onto the property.
Dress Code
This patron dress code is in effect at Casino Rama Resort:
Shirts and footwear must be worn.
No weapons are permitted.
The following are prohibited:
(a) Clothing that is identifiable with Motorcycle clubs;
(b) Clothing that is soiled;
(c) Clothing with offensive, profane, violent or vulgar wording and/or graphics; and
(d) Clothing giving the false impression that the person is a Police Officer or Security Officer.
In addition to the dress code requirements outlined above, gaming site management reserves the right to refuse entry to patrons in attire that is deemed to be inappropriate for a place of public assembly.
Alcohol
Patrons are not permitted to bring their own liquor for consumption into any liquor licensed area of Casino Rama Resort.
Patrons are permitted to bring sealed alcohol purchased from the LCBO to their hotel room for personal use.
We reserve the right to confiscate and/or refuse alcohol in the hotel room in situations of disorderly conduct or suspicion that the person(s) is/are intoxicated.
Cannabis Policy
Consumption of cannabis or cannabis products, whether by smoking, vaping, or other means, is not permitted on any portion of premises operated by Gateway that is generally accessible to the public, including within any designated smoking patios, shelters, parking lots or any other enclosed or open space available for public use.

Smoking or vaping of cannabis is not permitted in any hotel room operated by Gateway. Gateway may ask a guest that has failed to comply with this Cannabis Policy to leave the premises, and may issue a temporary trespass ban if it is reasonably required in the circumstances.

Hotel
(a) Guarantee Policy – Guests will require a valid credit card and photo I.D. to check-in. Credit cards must be in the registered guest’s name and the credit card holder must be present during check-in. An authorization will be placed on your credit card for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, plus $200.00 for incidentals per stay. Please note that additional authorizations may be required throughout the stay.
(b) Cancellation Policy – All hotel packages and special offer rates are non-refundable. Regular bookings cancellations must be received by 6pm on the day of your arrival, local hotel time. Failure to cancel your reservation by this time will result in a no-show charge of one night’s room and tax applied to the guaranteed credit card. No refunds will be accepted without a valid cancellation number. For any changes or cancellations, please call 1-800-832-7529.
(c) Resort Fee – A daily $15.00 (plus HST) fee will be applied to most hotel stays. As a Tier Level Benefit, our Diamond and Platinum Plus guests will not be charged the Resort Fee. The daily fee includes: In-room coffee makers, a $5.00 daily dining credit*, access to a digital newspaper app with over 300 multi-language publications, wireless internet access, unlimited local calls, two (2) bottles of spring water, as well as access to the health club and pool. *Dining credits are available for table service outlets only (Excludes Cedar Express, Tim Horton’s and In-Suite Dining) and cannot be applied to alcohol, tax or gratuity portion of the bill. Must be a Players Passport Club member to redeem, the credit is nontransferable and non-cumulative (must be used daily).
(d) Check-in time is after 4:00pm / Check-out time is 11:00am.
(e) Special requests are not guaranteed, and subject to availability upon arrival. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request, however, we are unable to confirm requests regardless of when the reservation is made. Additional charges may apply for some requests.
(f) Children must not be left unattended in guestrooms. Casino Rama Resort requires children 12 and under to be in the care and control of an adult at all times while visiting the property.
(g) Pet Policy – we do not accept pets. Service Animals are permitted with documentation from a regulated health professional listed in the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.
(h) Maximum occupancy per room is 5 persons. Guestroom rates are based on single or double occupancy. Charges will apply for each additional adult.
(i) Groups – For groups of 10 or more rooms, please call our Hotel Sales & Catering Department at 1-705-238-5900.
(j) Smoking of any kind is not permitted in non-smoking designated guestrooms. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Prize Policy
The following individuals are prohibited from gaming:

(d) An individual restricted by court order;

(f) Officers, members of the board of directors or partners of the Operator;
(g) Registered gaming assistants of an Operator or OLG employed at any gaming site operated by the Operator or OLG;
(h) Executives or staff of a trade union who represent or negotiate on behalf of employees employed at the site;
(i) Employees of registered suppliers who maintain or repair gaming equipment at the site;
(j) Members or employees of the AGCO;

Prize Disentitlement
In instances where a prohibited individual is identified, no prize payment shall be made.
For the purpose of this Policy, “Jackpot” is defined only to include a single disbursement of currency, currency equivalent (eg. Casino chips) or non-monetary asset meeting any of the following criteria:
(a) A progressive jackpot on a table game that is won as a result of a player’s participation in a bonus side bet;
(b) Winnings resulting from a player’s participation in a slot or table games tournament;
(c) A progressive jackpot on a poker table (ie., a “Bad Beat” jackpot, DEQ);
(d) A jackpot from a slot machine or other electronic gaming device that results in a handpay; or
(e) A non-monetary asset (eg., an automobile) awarded to an individual resulting from the individual’s participation in a lottery scheme (eg., a car won on a slot machine).
A “Prize” means:
(a) A Jackpot value at $10,000 (CAD) or more; or
(b) Any other jackpot which, if awarded, would result in an Operator being required by applicable anti-money laundering legislation to request the identification of a player.
